Precautionary Measures

 According to the minister of tourism declaration regarding reopening domestic tourism we would like to inform you with the precautionary measures that will be taken by Hammerhead to prevent COVID19 spread. 
General measures
  • A physician will be on board to monitor and examine Hammerhead guests and crew by measuring everyone’s’ temperature twice a day. 
  • Sanitize Hammerhead surfers regularly using disinfectants material approved by the ministry of health. 
  • Sanitary Isolation Room availability: In case any of Hammerhead guests displaying flu-like symptoms or suspecting the guest will be isolated and will not resume the trip. Also, will be prevented to not contact anyone on board. Hammerhead will not afford any financial compensation.   
Crew measures
  • Hammerhead crew will be in sanitary isolation by 15 days before Hammerhead first trip to ensure their safety before dealing with Hammerhead guests.
  • Hammerhead crew will be wearing masks and gloves while dealing with guests and ensure social distancing 
  • Hammerhead crew will clean and sanitize the guest towels on daily basis  
  • It is forbidden for any hammerhead housekeeping to enter guests’ room to clean it unless it is requested by the guest. The room will be sanitized by the housekeeping team and ensure that they are wearing brand new masks and gloves for each room
  • All foodstuff will be sanitized by lemon and vinegar 
  • All flat-wares and plates will be sanitized by lemon and vinegar after every usage 
  • All kitchen staff will be wearing masks and gloves around the clock 
  • Serving food set up will be changed to be set menu setup instead of open buffet 
Hammerhead guests measures 
  • Before check in all guests temperature will be measured by a doctor. In case any of the guest measure 38 C+ his/her trip will be suspended without any refund from Hammerhead. 
  • All guests’ luggage and belongings will be sanitized before check in
  •  Guests diving gear will be sanitized by 10% dilute chlorine that will not impair the equipment  
  • All guest have to bring their own personal diving gear. Hammerhead will NOT facilitate any rental gears
  • Hammerhead may ask for health certificate if requested by the authorities
